• Comprehensive Cancer Centre;
• Multi-deck car park;
• Mental Health Unit;
• Ralph and Patricia Sarich Neuroscience Research Institute;
• Ronald McDonald House; and
• Western Power Substation.

• Upgrades to Hospital Avenue;
• Demolition of F Block;
• A new entry plaza for Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital (SCGH) (G Block) and the Outpatients Centre (E Block);
