A summary of upcoming and past engagement activities is provided below. To date, we’ve had an overwhelming response with over 3,500 interactions through surveys, pop-ups, meetings, workshops, quick polls, digital map comments and more!
Don’t worry if you have missed any of these activities, if you or your group is interested in participating further please contact us.
Come and see the final draft Master Plan and share any final feedback you might have! We’ll be on Campus having a bit of fun demonstrating what the future of QEIIMC might be like with a pop-up social hub.
For three days in April, top thinkers from QEIIMC key industries and user groups came together to collaborate.
Expert representatives from health and clinical services; education; research; infrastructure, transport and planning; community and business; and not-for-profits and health support services pooled their resources to answer some of the biggest questions about where our healthcare future is headed.
Separate community and campus users surveys provided the opportunity to provide feedback into Phase 1 of the QEIIMC project. We had over 600 responses from a broad mix of staff, students, patients and neighbours and more!
It was your turn to have a say!
We asked you to keep an eye out for our roaming surveyors at key locations around the campus or visit our engagement hub at the following locations
Over 350 people stopped to chat to the team, offering feedback on how they move through the campus on a daily basis, which areas they love and which could be improved, and what the priorities for the future should be.
QEIIMC Tenants and Local Authorities came together for a comprehensive workshop, taking part in a session that provided the opportunity for groups to review future Master Plan scenarios and interrogate the best way forward, exploring opportunities to collaborate to drive the future they want to see at QEIIMC.
We encouraged you to drop in and learn more about the scenarios being developed for QEIIMC’s future. The project team were on hand for an informal chat and you embraced your chance to inform the detailed Master Plan design.
The Phase 2 survey was open until 31 January.
Quick polls and a digital interactive campus map have provided the opportunity for all interested community members to provide input in a quick and easy way. Make sure to check back in for new quick polls throughout the project.
We’ve met individually with over 25 organisations and agencies that have a significant role to play in the future of QEIIMC and we’ll continue checking in through the process. If your organisation would like to meet with the project team please contact us.
